Who we are
Best Send is operated by Ultrattek. This notice covers the public Best Send website, enquiries and the Best Send newsletter. Contact us at bs@bestsend.net or Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Customer campaign data is subject to the arrangements agreed with each customer and is not collected through this newsletter form.
Newsletter choices
Subscribing is optional. We collect your email address, the consent wording and version, the source page, request and confirmation times, and delivery status for the confirmation message. We use your consent to send Best Send product news and practical email marketing insights. Your subscription becomes active only after you follow the confirmation link and confirm on the website. Confirmation emails have open and click tracking disabled.
Withdraw consent at any time
Use the unsubscribe link supplied with our newsletter or contact bs@bestsend.net. Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of earlier processing. We keep the minimum suppression record needed to respect your choice and prevent a new import or repeat signup from silently subscribing you again. You can also use the stop-requests link in the confirmation email.
Enquiries and website security
If you email us, we use the details you provide to answer your enquiry and discuss the service you requested. We use limited technical records to operate and protect the website and prevent abusive signups. The subscription service uses a hashed network address and short-lived request counters for rate limiting; it does not put your raw network address in the subscription profile. Hosting and delivery providers may process network addresses and request information for their own service security. Where applicable, our bases are steps requested before a contract and our legitimate interests in responding to enquiries and operating a secure service.
Service providers and location
The website is hosted through OpenAI Sites and its delivery infrastructure. Newsletter records are stored with Amazon Web Services in Ireland. Amazon Simple Email Service (SES), in Ireland, sends confirmation emails. Google Fonts supplies the website typeface and receives the network request needed to load it. Authorised administration takes place from the United Arab Emirates. These arrangements can involve international processing. Contact us for information about the applicable service arrangements and transfer safeguards; this notice does not claim that every provider processes data only in Europe.
Retention
Unconfirmed subscription profiles are scheduled for expiry after 30 days. Confirmation links expire after 24 hours; temporary rate-limit records expire within two days. Expiry cleanup may not be immediate. Confirmed subscription and consent records are retained while needed for the newsletter relationship, evidence of your choices and applicable obligations. Suppression records are retained as needed to prevent unwanted messages. Application logs are retained for 14 days; recovery copies can retain prior records temporarily, including daily backups for seven days. Enquiries are retained as needed to respond and maintain the resulting business relationship.
Your rights
Depending on the law that applies, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction or portability, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. You may withdraw newsletter consent at any time. Contact bs@bestsend.net; we may need to verify that a request concerns your own information. You may complain to the data-protection authority competent for your location. Newsletter signup is not a condition of using this website. It does not involve automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects.
Changes
We will update this notice when the website’s data handling changes. Material changes to the purpose of a subscription will not silently expand the permission you gave.
